Will I pay for form creation?
We help to create your basic forms for free. This include basic reporting, advanced reports will be quoted. And also major adjustments on existing forms will be quoted.

Can I send bulk email for form completions?
This product is meant for individual completion. This include an anonymous link you can add somewhere like a website or an invite email or SMS for completion. (SMS prices is prepaid and will be quoted on request.) Special circumstances will be reviewed and quoted.
